Obituary of Christina "Chrissy" Moore
CHICO, CA - Christina "Chrissy" Marie (McClintic) Moore, 39, passed away on March 4, 2021.

She was born March 27, 1981, in Ashtabula, the daughter of Douglas and Cheryl (Miller) McClintic and graduated from Harbor High School in 1999. After graduation, Chrissy moved to California and worked as a store manager for Vans in the Chico Mall while going to college to get her degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from California State University in Chico. Using her degree, she took a position with Victor Community Support Services in Chico as a Human Resource Manager until her passing. Her co-workers said she was knowledgeable, generous, humble, and free-spirited. She was also gorgeous, but even more beautiful on the inside!

She had the ability to make those around her feel special and important, never forgetting a birthday. She was funny with a fantastic sense of timing and cracking one-liners. Many hearts were broken the day she passed.

Chrissy enjoyed all her family trips with Kevin, Sawyer, and their beloved family dog, Ralphie, fishing, teaching Sawyer new things, and being around their group of friends. She enjoyed her life in California and was a fun, nurturing mom who adored her baby girl endlessly.

She was a devoted wife to her husband, Kevin, whom she married in 2009; a loving mother to her little "mini-me", Sawyer Harriet Moore, who just turned 4; daughter to Cheryl McClintic; sister to LeeAnn (Adam Seymour) McClintic; granddaughter to Joseph Miller and Virginia Miller; niece to Joe (Renee) Miller, Donna (Chad) Aschbacher, Penny Miller, Darin Miller, Candy (Jimmy) Long, and William (Susan) McClintic; daughter-in-law to Kenda and Dennis Moore; sister-in-law to Erin Moore; and companion to her beloved dog, Ralphie; and an aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas McClintic; grandparents, Harry, and Harriet McClintic; uncle, David "Timba" McClintic; and cousins, Jason McClintic, and Michael Isbrandt.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 1pm at Greenlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 3140 E. Center St., North Kingsville. The family encourages friends and family to bring a memory or story to share.

Instead of flowers, memorial contributions for Chrissy are suggested to the family.
