Debra was born November 15, 1951 in Waterloo, Iowa to Kenneth and Verona (Teit) Lines and passed away March 10, 2021. Debra was the youngest of five girls, and her relationship with her sisters was one that could never be broken. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother to her daughters and grandchildren. Debra was the life of the party and was always looking for a reason to celebrate something. Debra was a natural mother. She gave it her all and that was a motivator for her daughters which carried over to her grandchildren. Debra was very strong- willed, and was very outspoken, but it was always from a place of love.
She is survived by her daughters, Sabrina Lounsbury and her husband Mark, Tara Wray and her husband William Ward, Shantel Luper and her husband Ron, Charity Buckwalter and her husband Kyle; grandchildren, Gaevin Chavez, Mackenzie Miles, Dominic Miles, Elijah Wray, Travis Buckwalter, Westin Buckwalter; great grandchildren, Grayson, Malakhi, Octavia, Kamden, Hensley; sisters, Patty Franke and Sharon Jones; a host of nieces and nephews.
Debra is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Carpenter; sisters, Sandra Genolous and Donna Beyer.
