He was born on Saturday, April 25, 1964 in McConnellsburg, PA, the son of the late Elbert and the late Brenda (Lawrence) Collins. Phil was a rock drilling sales representative for different companies, leading him to travel all over the world for business. He was a member of the McConnellsburg United Presbyterian Church, where he served as a trustee.
Phil is survived by one sister Melody Collins of McConnellsburg, PA and two brothers, Dave Collins of Crystal Springs, PA and Roy Collins of Logonton, PA.
Phil is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Brenda Collins.
