Ricky Thomas Bennett, 32, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, at his home. The Barren County native was the son of the late Ray Thomas Bennett and Martha Freeman Martin, Cave City, and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors, including his mother, are his wife, Tonya Sturgeon Bennett; a son, Thomas Wayne Bennett; a daughter, Alicia Michelle Bennett; a step-daughter, Evelyn Nicole Sturgeon, all of Cave City; two half brothers, Johnny Bennett and Chris Bennett, both of Edmonton; a half sister, Melissa Bennett, Columbia; his step-father, Gary Martin, Cave City; grandparents, Frances Karnes, Three Springs, and Leonia Bennett, Columbia.
Burial was in the Hiseville Cemetery.
