Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Lee Eldridge, 82, of the Green Pond community of Overton County, will be conducted at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, May 18, 2005, from the chapel of Goff Funeral Home in Monterey with Rev. Glenn Pierce and Rev. David Harris officiating.
Burial will be in Hanging Limb Cemetery.
Mrs. Eldridge died Monday, May 16 at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of Green Pond Baptist Church.
Born February 17, 1923, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Abi and Ethel Jane (Norrod) Phillips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Eldridge; a son, Wilbur Dean Eldridge; and a brother, Clifford Phillips.
Survivors include her step-mother, Mary Ann Phillips of Monterey; a brother, Gilbert Phillips of Crossville; and 2 sisters, Mabell L. Cox of Crossville and Oma Bingaman of Hanging Limb.
