Barbara Lillian Dotson Dunn, age 88, was proceeded in death by her husband of 53 years, Earl Harper Dunn, also She was preceded by her parents Harry and Delia Dotson, and brother Harold Dotson.
She is survived by her children Gary Dunn (Emily), Rusty Dunn, and Kimberly Hart (Michael Brown); five grandchildren Matthew and Sean Dunn, Michael and Will Dunn and Caroline Hart. Her dear friend and companion O B Thomason survives.
Barbara who graduated from Isaac Litton High School, was a life-long Nashvillian. She was known for her elegant style and engaging sense of humor and she loved her role as MeMe.
Always giving a helping hand to those in need and causes dear to her heart, Barbara was a supporter of Cheekwood, Humane Society and Cumberland Heights. She was an active member of Richland Country Club, Charlotte-Pearl Tennis Group and Centennial Club. Barbara and Earl attended West End Church of Christ and enjoyed their time together in Naples. I
