Debbie " Nana" Davis, age 64 of Cleveland, departed this life on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare in Cleveland. Born on August 18, 1956 to the late Clyde Black and Joyce Miller, She was a native and lifelong resident of Bradley County and was of the Baptist faith. She was employed at American Uniform and Rubbermaid and enjoyed camping, fishing , traveling and spending time with her family, and the light of her life, her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Black; and her grandson, Matthew Yarber.
Left behind to cherish Nana's memory are her fiance' "Tiny Paw" Mangrum; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and "Scoop" Aikens; grandchildren, Tamara Yarber and Isiah Aikens; great-grandchildren, Joseph and Abbi ; sisters, Cindy Cook, Sandy Miller, and Javonah Newman; honorary children, Tina Moller and Sandra Pope; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life and Home going for Deborah Louise Black Davis "Nana" will be held at 7p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2021 from the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home with Brother Sam Blankenship officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
