Billy was born in Somerset, Kentucky on July 6th, 1961, son of the late Estill B. Baker and Elzie Verdell Adkins Baker. He loved fishing, and walk his dog “Chopper”.
Billy was survived by his wife, Tabitha Baker; one brother, Ben (and Tutti) Baker of Somerset, Kentucky; two sisters, Julie Baker of Monticello, Kentucky and Rosie Baker of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; a treasured friend, Rebecca Lawson of Somerset, Kentucky; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Estill Baker, who departed this life on January 20th, 2005 and Verdell Baker, who departed this life on February 24th, 1996; and two brothers, Estill Baker Jr., who departed this life on October 27th, 2020 and Donald Ray "Donnie" Baker, who departed this life on August 23rd, 2019.
Visitations were held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home..
