Survivors: daughters, Barbara Gerhard (Don), of Kansas City, Tina Fardella (Mike), of Lincoln, Neb., Mary Jane Horacek (Gary), of Eudora, and Lora Dale Gilbert (Frank), of Orlando, Fla., and formerly of Salina; son, Dean (Mary Ann), of West Windsor, N.J.; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Preceded in death by: wife, Elaine; parents; five brothers; and one sister.
