William L. Wallace
William L. Wallace, 90, a 27-year resident of Thousand Oaks, died at his home Nov. 17, 1994. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Edna W. Wallace; two daughters, Dorothea Silbert of Thousand Oaks and Barbara Crawford and son-in-law, Jim Crawford of Snellville, Ga.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and sister Esther Farrell of New Castle, PA. William was bonr in New Castle, Pa., June 14, 1904. He was a musician and a painting contractor. After moving to Thousand Oaks, he became a member of the Golden Age Club and RSVP (playing his saxophone at the Fitzgerald House, the Thousand Oaks Healtcare Center and the Old Goebel Center, etc.). Interment will be in New Castle, Pa. The family will have a private memorial service. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Conejo in his memory.
