Joseph Beryl Foster age 63 of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday March 5th, 2021 at the Casey County Hospital. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on August 29th, 1957 a son of the late Alva and Viola Sanders Foster.

Joseph was a truck driver for Tarter Industries, he was the Captain and Chairman of the Board at Poplar Springs Volunteer Fire Department, Assistant Chief of Dunnville Volunteer Fire Department and member and treasurer of Willow Springs United Methodist Church.

Survivors include: His Spouse: Paulletta G. Randolph Foster, Two Daughters: Jennifer Ann and (Casey) Roy of Liberty and Jeannetta Sandlin of Somerset, Six Grandchildren: Mason Roy, Abigayle Hatfield, Gabrielle Hatfield, Thomas Roy, Erica Sandlin and Sara Sandlin, Two Brothers: Alva J. Foster and Albert Foster both of OH and One Sister: Wanda Cook of AL.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was: One Grandson: Joseph William Hatfield, Three Sisters: Ruby Gifford, Rita Foster and Barbara Foster and One Brother: Jeffrey Foster.

A Walk Thru Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Monday March 8th, 2021 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 Noon Tuesday March 9th, 2021 at Willow Springs United Methodist Church. Rev. Dale Wethington officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Springs Cemetery.
