Brenda Faye Perkins Starr, 69, of Ringgold, passed away March 6, 2021, ather home. She was born in Pittsylvania County, on September 12, 1951, daughter of David Logan Perkins and Betty Lee Payne Perkins. She worked for Dan River Mills and was a school bus aide for the Pittsylvania County School System. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wayne Starr; three daughters, Rhonda Kendrick, Wendy Blake (David) and Donna Yeatts (John); a step-daughter, Lisa Jones; a step-son, Richard Wilson; nine grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson Ralph Starr, Jr.
Burial will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
