Our community was greatly shocked when they heard of the death of Mrs. Thompson, who departed this life on February 1, While driving to Udney with her son James she was taken ill, and taken to the home of her daughter Mrs. Warren, where she passed away shortly after being carried to the house. .... She was laid to rest in the Mud Lake Cemetery on Wednesday February 5.
