Mary Margaret Durney (Nee Kilmer) of Yonkers died on Wednesday September 13, 2000 at age 90. Born on December 1, 1909 to Margaret Kilmer in Yonkers where she was raised and educated. Mrs. Durney worked for the City of Yonkers as a Cafeteria Worker in School # 9 for over 10 years. She was also a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She was predeceased by her husband George who died in 1974 and her son George Jr. who died in 1993. She is survived by her four grandchildren Joseph, Catherine, George and Nicole and her six great grandchildren. Visiting will be at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Friday morning only from 9-10:30 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church at 10:30 AM.
