He was born Aug. 19, 1956, in Kittanning, to James F. Ford, Jr., and Martha Velma Boarts Ford.
Jamie was retired from Ford’s Flowers. A member of Ford City Veterans of Foreign Wars, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and liked driving in his car, boating and the Florida Keys. He was a lifelong resident of his community.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Greenbaum Ford; daughter, Trisha and Tye Desiderio; son, James F. “Jay” Ford, IV, and Heather Ford; four grandchildren: Maddox Ford and Maysa Ford, Tristan Desiderio and Talia Desiderio; sister, Sandy and Dave Snyder; and brother, John and Robin Ford.
He was preceded in death by his father, in 2014; and his mother, in 2016.
