Dorothy had a very outgoing personality, enjoying visits with her friends and family. She had a passion for baking and cooking. She always made sure she made enough to send some home with you. Dottie was an avid quilter and loved sewing, especially to make gifts.
Surviving are her husband; William Neal, sons; William (Kim) Neal of Tioga, Ronald ( Lisa) Neal of Ogdensburg, Michael (Paula) Neal of Liberty and Chad (Jennifer) Neal, daughter; Sally Neal all of Tioga County, grandchildren; Travis, Alane, Dylan, Chad Jr., Madisyn, Lincoln and Danielle, sisters; Mary Campbell of Canton and Helen Williams of Pittsburgh, brother; John Gust of Texas, sister in law; Jean (Carl) Young, brothers in law; Bud Neal and John Kerrick, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and dear friends.
In maintaining with Dorothy’s wishes there will be no services at this time. A graveside service will be announced at a later date. Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Drive, Canton is assisting the family with arrangements. Donations in Mrs. Neal’s memory may be directed to the Green Free Library, 38 N.
