Pauline Anderson was born on May 9, 1928 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Kelsey and Lottie Davis, the first of four children. Pauline met her husband, Doyle Anderson while attending Moore High School. They were married on April 4, 1947 in Oklahoma City. Pauline and Doyle had two children, daughter Regina and son Jeff. They were married 46 years prior to Doyle’s passing in 1994.

 

Pauline was a life long member of Central Church of Christ in Moore. She worked for many years at various cafeterias in the Moore Public Schools. She loved cooking and was famous for your dressing, pies and cinnamon rolls. She had a green thumb and always had beautiful flower gardens.

 

Her warm smile and loving personality brought joy to everyone she came in contact with. She always thought of others first and was willing to help whenever needed. She dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren who she spoiled royally.

Pauline passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kelsey and Lottie Davis, her husband Doyle, two sisters Wanda Mattocks and Mary Leas, one brother, Joel Davis, and grandson Joshua Gay. She is survived by her daughter Regina and husband Terry, son Jeff and wife Vicki, four grandchildren, Ashley, Harrison, Austin and Jacob, five great grandchildren, Campbell, Caiden, Channing, John Mason and Noah, and a host of other relatives and friends.
