She was born on July 16, 1947 in Kirkwood, PA. Kathy was the daughter of late John Marvin Hess and Viola Jean Huffman Halsey (Hess). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John Marvin Hess Jr., Thomas Marvin Hess, Howard Johnston “Bub” Hess; Son, Ronald Lee Morris.
She is survived by her loving husband of forty-four years, Michael Morris; her son, Randall Dean Morris; Her granddaughters, Robin Lynn Pyles (Bobby), Katelyn Lee McColl; and her great-grandchildren, Andrew, Oliver, Cayden, Hailey, Kylee, and Sean Jr.
Kathy spent most of her life caring for others and sharing a smile. She worked for Turkey Hill and was able to touch so many people. The last few years she was at home, retired. While at home, she was able to do the things she loved most; singing, reading, writing, talking, cooking, drawing, napping, and spending time with her family. She was loved by many friends and family; no one was a stranger to her. She will be greatly missed.
