Barbara Jo Poss Fryer passed away February 17, 2021. She was born October 7, 1935 in San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Leon Fryer, Sr. and her eldest son, Richard Fryer, Jr., her parents Charlie E. Poss and Barbara Poss, along with her brother, Charlie E. Poss, Jr. Survivors include her sons Michael, his wife Terrie Fryer, Thomas and his wife Rhonda Fryer, daughter Karen and her husband Michael Burns, six grandchildren Katelyn, Kristen, Tommy, Tiffany, Joseph and Elizabeth. Great grandchildren Charli, Connor and Kayleigh. She leaves behind many dear relatives and friends who loved her dearly and who she loved. She was known as Grandma to so many. Her home was always open for friendly conversation and a warm meal.
Visitation will be at 11AM, Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Services will be at noon, with burial to follow in Sunset Memorial Park at 1:30 PM.
