Georgia Lea Smith, 80, Plainfield, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Hendricks Regional Health, Danville.

Georgia was born Jan. 19, 1941 to Ronald and Hazel Farner Quick.

She loved to read and paint and spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She belonged to Fillmore Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Smith; sons Tim (Karen) Smith of Coatesville and Jeff (Donna) Smith of Plainfield; grandchildren Amanda Woods of Avon, Alicia (Josh) Smith of Lizton, Amber Russell of Vincennes, Adam (Tiffany) Smith of Bargersville, Ashley Smith of Coatesville and Aaron Smith of Greencastle; nine great-grandchildren; sister Betty Underwood of Brazil; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her parents and brothers Joe and Perry Quick.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, March 8 with calling from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow in Coatesville Cemetery. Minister Steve Ranson will officiate.

Services have been entrusted to Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville.
