A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. J.T. Carnell officiating.
Carol is survived by her daughter: Amy, son: Mark, granddaughters: Jessica and Kelly Marie, and great-grandson: Coleson James.
Carol was the wife of retired Col. Robert M. Armstrong and the daughter of Raymond Eugene Hunter (Gene) and Jenna Mae Logan- Hunter.
Carol had a master’s degree in music and taught primarily the high school choirs in the states where she and Bob were stationed with the United States Air Force. She was the director of the Air Force choir, The Sky Larks. While stationed in Florida, she directed a choir performance at Disney World that featured the star Rock Hudson. In 1978 and 1979, Carol sang with the Utah Opera company.
