DeWayne Allen Jones was born on Sunday, November 27, 1960 in Hamford, CA, and passed away Thursday, March 04, 2021 at Franklin Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his father-in-law, J.C. Jones; step-father, O.D. Provance; and brother, Mitchell Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Montpelier Jones of Jigger; mother, Opal Crum Provance of Jigger; sons, Jacob Jones and wife Hannah of Hammond, LA. and Billy Joe Jones and wife Christy of Holly Ridge, LA; daughters, Jessie Parker and husband Eric of Jigger and Cassie Lord and husband Thomas of Greenbrier, AR; brothers, Michael Jones and wife Jean of Jigger, Jamie Jones and wife Vernia of Fort Necessity, and Mark Jones of Jigger; step-sister, Leona Provance of New Orleans; step-brother, Dale Provance of Houston; and special friend, Sara Campbell of Winnsboro.
He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Pallbearers will be Billy Jones Jr., Noah Lord, Trent Lord, Duncan Parker, Landon Miller, Cameron Miller, and Luke Jones.
