Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal IL.
He was cremated.
Rick was born May 20, 1949 in Bloomington, Illinois the son of Harold and Josephine Smith Williams.
Surviving is his sister, Kathy (Ron) Crow, Normal, IL, niece Mindy Crow and her son Carlos of Bloomington, IL, nephew Jason (Tosha) Crow, Normal and their children, Ana, Bob, Richie and Jeffrey.
Rick is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother Ed Williams.
Rick served in the US Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam war. He was an avid Chicago Cubs & Bears Fan. Rick said " I'm just a soul, whose intentions are good, Oh Lord, please don't let me be misunderstood."
Interment at Camp Butler scheduled for May 20, 2021 @ 1:00 PM
