Ann Marie Fairchild Rogers, 72, of Petal, MS, passed away on March 3, 2021 at her home with her loving husband, Steve Rogers. Visitation for the Rogers' will be Monday, March 8, 2021, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Petal, MS. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church with interment to follow at Fairchild Cemetery in Moselle, MS.
Mrs. Ann Marie was a member at Calvary Baptist Church. She has been an active missionary for the last 47 years. She started her career as a ventriloquist and later became a Christian movie producer, actress, and Christian singer-songwriter. She was very involved with children's ministries. Many of the Christian books and movies she made for children are still being used around the world today. She loved the Lord and his light shined through her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elven Fairchild; and her brother, Samuel David Fairchild.
She is survived by her son, Granville Clark III of Moselle, MS; her mother, Molly Ann Fairchild (David) Boardman of Petal; her grandsons, Granville David Clark IV, Samuel Jordan Clark, and Christopher Austin Hart; her sisters, Susie (Mark) Lott of Idaho, and Emma Ruth (Bob) Strickland of Indiana; her adopted children, Ocean and Sky Roe; her nieces and nephews, Damion Fairchild, Derik Fairchild, Bryant Lott, Anna Faye Mazac, Rebekah Clark, Matthew Lott, Michael Commini, Emma Shows, Joshua Commini, and David Commini; her step-sons, Jeremy Rogers (Bridget) of WI, Joe Rogers (Samantha) of WI, and Jeremy Beau Phillips (Jackie) of GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Gideons International.
