Funeral services for Robert Alvin Null, 59, of Chickasha, will be held at Chickasha Life Church located at 601 W. Grand Avenue.
Robert Alvin Null was born June 27, 1961 in Lindsay, Oklahoma, the son of Archie Rhea Null and Nora Bell (Ballard) Null. He died Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Robert grew up in the Pocasset area, moving to Chickasha in the 5th grade and attending Chickasha Schools.
On December 12, 1980, he married Denise Gaddis and they were blessed with 40 years together and three beautiful daughters.
Robert began his various jobs by hauling hay and working in the oilfield. He then started his own landscaping business, retiring from that in 2006. After retiring from his landscaping business, he went back to work in the oilfield. Also, in the early 1990’s, he and Denise owned Bagwell’s Lunch for several years. He ended his career working at Apache Farmers Co-Op, where he was a commercial applicator.
Robert was a member of Chickasha Life Church and enjoyed the mission trips he took to Bulgaria and Honduras and he loved his church family. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending all of their activities. He was a hard worker who pushed others to do their best and also got enjoyment from supervising and delegating. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and grilling for family gatherings.
He was preceded in death by his father Archie Null; brothers Ricky Null and Tim Null; father-in-law Jack Gaddis; and mother-in-law Clara Gaddis.
Survivors include his wife Denise of the home; mother Nora Bell Null of Chickasha; daughters and sons-in-law Natalie and Justin Hearrell, Whitney and Kyle McClure and Robyne Null, all of Chickasha; brothers and sisters-in-law Larry and Connie Null and Gary and Roxanne Null of Chickasha; grandchildren Wyatt Hearrell, Emma, Kaylee and Daxton McClure, and Brenna and Keaton Null.
Interment will be Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
