He is survived by his sister, Betty Meeker of McKinney, Texas; sister-in-law, Edna Higginbotham of McKinney, Texas; several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Jackie was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, W.C. Higginbotham and BJ Higginbotham.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Ridgeview Memorial Park, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
