Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, Virginia Ruth (Mularz, Piotrowski) Cummings, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Thursday, February 25, 2021 at the Red Oaks AFC Home in Bangor Township, Michigan. Age 92 years. Virginia was born on November 15, 1928 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Bert and Caroline (Lihosit) Mularz. Virginia married her loving husband, Howard Cummings, and they enjoyed over 20 years of retirement in Florida together. She retired from Peoples National Bank after numerous years of working in the Safety Deposit Department. Virginia enjoyed golfing and bowling in her spare time. She was also very artistic and crafty; making ceramics or painting were her favorites. Virginia will forever be remembered as a skilled musician; playing the piano, organ, and accordion. She was a huge Country Music fan. Virginia will be missed dearly by all, and her memories will be cherished forever.
