Connie was a 2006 graduate of Ironton High School. Connie was huge Ironton Fighter Tiger fan and she could often be seen walking around in the community that she loved. She was of the Christian faith and attended the Ironton City Mission Church.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Anna and Edmond Russell
Those left to cherish her memory includes, her mother Goldie, brother Charles Fisher and uncle Charles Russell all of Ironton. Also, close friends Della, Neil and Charlie Williams and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, March 5, 2021 at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 South 6th Street, Ironton, Ohio with Pastor Jeff Cremeans officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Creek Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 12:00 P.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
