Leslie Ray Minor 94, of Austin, Arkansas passed away on February 27, 2021 in Kingsport, Tennessee. He was born to the late Joe W. 'Pete' Minor and Almeda Fikes Minor Edwards in 1926. He grew up and spent much of his life in and around Austin and the Oak Grove community of Arkansas before moving to Tennessee in his later years.

He is survived by his daughter Sheree Stracener (Steve), two grandchildren, Stephanie Stracener and Spencer Stracener all of Kingsport, Tennessee.

Ray is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 62 years Patricia Evans Minor; grandson Seth Stracener and a brother Donald C. Minor.

Mr. Minor was a World War II Navy Veteran and served as a Marine Reservist for many years. After serving our country he was employed as a TV repair technician for RCA Service Company and retired from RCA. He loved being outdoors doing a variety of activities such as gardening, fishing and cutting wood.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM Friday, March 5, 2021 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Austin, Arkansas.
