Carl Wayne Ford Sr., age 60 of Leachville, passed from this life Monday, March 1, 2021, at his home. Born in the Buckeye Community, he was the son of the late Shelby Eugene and Mary Ruth Ellison Ford and had been a lifelong area resident. Carl had worked for Paul Fleeman Farms in Manila, Robinson Farms in Buckeye and with his brother Don at "Big D" Auto Sales in Paragould. He enjoyed buying and selling "Wheeling and Dealing" as well as hunting and fishing and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Eugene Ford and Billy Ford, and a sister, Frances Bounds.

Graveside Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Leachville Cemetery with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Howard Funeral Service in Leachville. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jacob Ford, Austin Ford, Don Ford, Jr., Rodolfo Geronimo, Gary Parsons, Casey Simmons and Steven Massey. The family will receive visitors Thursday from noon until service time at the funeral home. The family requests any contributions be made to Howard Funeral Service to help with funeral expenses.
