Tony McDonald, age 60 of Forest River, ND passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 on the McDonald farm of natural causes.

Anthony James McDonald was born June 14, 1960 in Grafton, ND the son of the late Arlen and Caroline (Krueger) McDonald. He attended Midway High School. Following his education he worked for area farmers. For the last 37 years he has worked for the Clark Cronquist family. Tony's family would like to give a word of thanks to the Cronquist family, who has been like a family to Tony. He loved them all.

Tony loved to play chess in his younger years, and usually won. He had a kind of quiet intelligence about him. Anyone who knew Tony knew he didn't have a bad word to say about anyone. He had the kindest heart and will be missed by so many.

Tony is survived by his brother Tim, Forest River, ND; sister, Sharon (Paul) Johnson, Arlington, TX; nieces: Jillian and Amy Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Gary.
