She was born in Ballston Spa, NY on May 14, 1931 to W. Schuyler and Winnie Boyd Curtiss.
Laura worked in the Real Property Tax Department at Saratoga County for many years.
She enjoyed camping with her family and was an active member of the Schenectady Church of the Nazarene.
She was predeceased by her husband Albert Armstrong and her siblings William Curtiss, Charlotte Fick, Jane Mason, and Orville Curtiss.
Laura is survived by her daughters Jane Esterly (James) and Carolyn Berrian (David); grandchildren Rachel Harrison (Ridgely), Sean Esterly (Sasha), Amanda Burgess (Jack), Michael Berrian (Samantha) and Elizabeth Berrian; great grandchildren Hayden, Claire, Hudson, Ruby, Ivan, Cora and Grace; sister Angeline King; brothers Oscar Curtiss, Charles Curtiss, and Norman Curtiss; and several nieces and nephews.
Laura will be laid to rest with her husband Albert at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery
