Jane Lew, W.Va. — Judith "Judy" Ann Clark, 81, of West Milford, went to be with the Lord after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease on Friday, February 26, 2021, at Stonerise Morgantown Nursing Facility.
She was born in Mt. Clare on January 31, 1940, a daughter of the late Margaret Virginia McGinnis Golden Longstreth and her husband, W. Everett Longstreth.
On November 11, 1973, Judy married John Philip Clark of Gaithersburg, MD, who passed away on February 13, 1988.
In addition to her parents and husband, Judy was preceded in death by her biological father, James Keith Golden; first husband, Richard Vance Casto.

Forever cherishing their memories of Judy are two children: Richard Casto and wife, Michelle and Melissa Coffindaffer and husband, Roger all of Good Hope WV; four grandchildren: Craig Casto and wife, Brooke, Chantelle Cumpston and husband, Colby, Cherish Coffindaffer and Jason Coffindaffer; three great-grandchildren: Jordan King, Jaden Casto and Ally Marie Cumpston; two siblings: James Golden and wife, Norma and Marlene Gower; one aunt, Bea McAtee; best friend, Charla Pumphrey; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Judy dedicated over 25 years of her life as a self-employed in-home healthcare worker. She cared for the elderly and always treated them with great compassion. Her selfless nature gave Judy the ability to put others first, which made her perfect for the caregiver industry. Her home was always open to anyone in need, including but not limited to, family and friends. Judy lived her life by the word of God and once she literally gave the jacket off her back to a complete stranger because they needed it more than she did. She enjoyed attending services at Horizons Church in Lost Creek and felt the spirit of the Lord deep in her soul. Judy was very full of life and always enjoyed singing and dancing. She loved animals and had several pets including her beloved dog "Duke" and her pet pig "BoBo." Judy also loved being outdoors, gardening, growing flowers, and was an avid crafter. She was a devoted mother, "Grammy", and loved being the family's "Santa's Helper" during the Christmas Season. Judy adored her grandchildren and treasured their trips to the playground and having sleepovers with them. They held the key to her heart and she was incredibly proud of them all.
Family and friends will gather for visitation at Pat Boyle Funeral Home and Cremation Service, located at 144 Hackers Creek Rd. in Jane Lew, from 4 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in the Pat Boyle Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor William L. Coffindaffer officiating. Interment will follow at Seventh Day Baptist Church Cemetery in Lost Creek.
