Born November 7, 1965 in Baltimore, MD, Mr. Howe is the son of David Dean Howe, Sr. and Norma Lee (Cover) Howe. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Kenneth and Geraldine Howe; and his maternal grandparents: George and Pearl Cover.
David graduated from Bedford High School Class of 1983 and also graduated from Vale Tech in 1984 with a degree in Specialized Technology and Management and Diesel. David was a former employee at Chevrolet, Orlando, FL. He was the manager of the family-owned restaurant/garage in Centerville, PA. He taught at the Diesel Institute, Grantsville, MD and worked in construction and home improvements with his father. He also held a license for home improvements.
David was very loving and kind and always helping someone. He was loved by everyone he met! He had a hard struggle with cancer but fought hard to live but he was ready. God took him to a much better place and relieved his pain. He will be greatly missed and so greatly loved and remain in our hearts forever.
Besides his parents, David is survived by his son: Alexander Howe and wife Michele; his grandsons: Cameron Howe and Liam Howe; and his fiancé: Sandra Rust.
Per David’s wishes, he will be cremated. No services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions to the Hillman Cancer Center, 800 Howard Avenue, Suite 1, Altoona, PA 16601.
