Howard was preceded in death by his parents; son, William ''Bill'' Bledsoe; and two grandsons, Michael Elwyn Boyington and William Kyle Mitchell. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 72 amazing years, Anna Delois Rogers Bledsoe; son, Timothy Alan Bledsoe; two daughters, Nelwyn Hansen and Linda Schratz; six grandchildren: Mark, Chris, Stacia, Kalen, Phillip, and Traci; ten great grandchildren; and brother, John Rayburn.
Howard owned and operated HWC Inc., which specialized in custom millwork, for over 30 years, where he loved to work with his hands and build. He had the natural talent to be able to fix/repair things. Howard loved his family very much, and he will be dearly missed by all of those who knew him.

Public visitation will be held at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas, on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, with a funeral service immediately following. Interment will be held at Memphis Memorial Park, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee.
