World Class Sailor, sailed across Atlantic in competition and in the Caribbean for years on SAILBOAT "Dyer Straits". Master of multi-ton vessels at Port Tampa. Lived on Clearwater Beach, Fla. and Palm Harbor. Descendent of Daniel Boone family thru his mother. Considered himself a native of Tampa. Chamberlain High School, Class of 1960. Owner of nationally acclaimed Fresh From The Boat Seafood Co. Attended USF. Died of complications of Covid 19. Faithful Friend. His description of himself on Face Book: "Enjoy people, a cold beer, good music and good conversation. Still enjoy working and the satisfaction it brings. Love bicycling and trying to stay healthy but mostly I enjoy sunny days and smiling faces." REST IN PEACE CAPTAIN BILL.DIED AT 4:27 PM
