Jeanette Dyson Ray was born June 17, 1957, to Cecil and Geraldine Dyson. She married Marvin Ray on Oct. 12, 1974, in Carthage at her parent’s home and they celebrated 46 years of marriage. She loved the outdoors and was passionate about her business, The Seasons, and was lovingly known as “The Flower Lady.” She was of the Baptist faith. Jeanette was preceded in death by her father; infant brother, Shannon Scott; sister, Carol Walker; and grandson, Matthew Gauge Rainwater.
