72, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021. She was born September 3, 1948 to Paul and Maxine O'Neil in Alva, Oklahoma. She moved to Wichita, Kansas with her family when she was in grade school. Peggy met the love of her life, Don, at Scared Heart (Newman University). She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Peggy touched many lives as a Spanish teacher for over 30 years at Haysville Middle School. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Dennis O'Neil. Peggy is survived by her husband of 49 years, Don Everett; children, Jim (Jennifer) Everett, Jeff (Kristin Humphreys) Everett, Julie Everett; grandchildren, Andrew, Matt, Noah, and Adam Everett; sister-in-law, Jill (Carl) Wendt. Rosary: 6:30 pm, Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 am, Thursday, March 4th, 2021 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church 1830 W. Grand Ave. Haysville, Kansas 67060. Interment to follow at Waco Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
