Born February 7, 1953 in Canyon, Billy was the son of the late Bill and Ava (Lindsey) Bailey. He graduated from Anson High School in 1971 and married Karen Tutt August 9,1972. Billy was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and owned and operated Bailey's Barn in Anson.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents and a son-in-law (Ken Wallace).
Survivors include his wife, Karen Bailey of Anson; four sons, Shay Bailey (and wife, Erin) of Hawley, Brandon Bailey (and wife, Kimberley) of Hawley, Brad Baily (and wife, Mandi) of Arkansas and Brent Bailey of Hawley; five sisters, Shirley Thomas (and husband, Ed), Peggi Bailey, Debbi Moore (and husband, Tommy), Jackie Bennett (and husband, Scott) and Patti Smith (and husband, Tony); and nine grandchildren.
Family visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Adams-Graham Funeral Home.
