Frances was born August 14, 1926 in Stamford, TX to the later Robert and Ella Raines Inglish. She passed away February 22, 2021, in Ridgeland, MS, at the age of 94, where she had resided for the last 10 years.

A former longtime resident of Hammond, Frances loved Hammond and missed her Hammond friends which she held dear to her.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Hammond.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Marty Bowen (Bo); grandchildren, Belle Bowen (Stephen Pierotti), Taylor Ricketts (Darby), Mimi Crush (Chip) and Maggie Hanna (Tim); and seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Johnny Black; and son, Coney Black.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Rose Memorial Park at 1:00 pm.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Ministries, 450 Towne Center Blvd., Ridgeland, MS 39157.
