He was a 61 year old native of Shreveport, Louisiana; a resident of Baton Rouge; Senior Pastor of New Jerusalem Faith Fellowship Church; and a retired teacher at Jehovah Jireh Christian School. Viewing at Greater King David B.C. on Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 4:30-5:45 pm; service from 6-7 pm will be conducted by Pastor John E. Montgomery, Sr.; interment at Southern Memorial Gardens on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 11:00 am. Survivors include his loving wife, Juanita S. Montgomery; children, Donald E. Montgomery, III, Phoenix, Arizona and Ashley M. Montgomery; mother, Bobbie Montgomery; seven siblings; two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; six aunts; twelve uncles; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
