Betty Ann Sherman, of Syracuse departed this life on February 18, 2021. Betty "Bette" A. Sherman was born on October 5th 1954 in Syracuse, New York to the late Clinton Jackson, Sr and Stonie M. (Jackson) Martin. She attended Syracuse City Schools. Ms. Sherman was married to the late Rodney Sherman. "Bette" had a passion for making quilts, giving away many as gifts to friends and family.

Ms. Sherman leaves to mourn her passing and celebrate her life, daughter, Shermell Sherman, of Syracuse; son Rodney Van Sherman II of Tacoma, Washington. Sisters; Tami (Charles) Davis, Syracuse, and Mary Brady, of Auburn, AL; Brothers, Lorenzo (Susan) Jackson and Kenneth Jackson, both of Syracuse; Grandchildren, Cornelius, Keisean, Trinity, Tatyana; A host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, (Special Niece, Armandria Broome-Clark), Nephews, Cousins, and friends.

Calling Hour: March 2nd from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. at Garland Brothers Funeral Home, 143 Martin Luther King W. Syracuse, New York 13205.
