Karen L. Draper Hamm, 56, of Cross Plains, Texas passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in Abilene, Texas.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, March 1, at 2:00 PM at Pioneer Baptist Church in Pioneer, Texas with Dwayne Clowers officiating and Don Draper assisting. Burial will follow at Cross Plains Memorial Park in Cross Plains, Texas. The family will have a time of visitation Saturday, February 29 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Higginbotham Funeral Home Chapel in Cross Plains, Texas.
Karen was born August 16, 1963 in Garland, Texas to Donald Gene “Don” Draper and Bobbie Fay Harris Draper. Karen was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother and friend. She was the life of the party and had great sense of humor and her laughter was contagious.
She always had a smile on her face and a blessing to know and have as a friend. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
Karen was preceded in death by her son, Curtis Hamm; mother, Bobbie Fay Harris Draper; brother, Ricky Draper; sister, Teresa Draper.
