Wayne was born August 21, 1940 in Whiting, Missouri to the late Alfus and Pauline (Morris) Bailey. He attended Kearsley Schools. Wayne married Gloria J. Lowell on September 3, 1960. She preceded him in death December 14, 2018. Mr. Bailey is a U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from Buick with 40 years of service. Wayne was a faithful member of Our savior Lutheran Church in Flint where he enjoyed volunteering and his social coffee group with friends. He enjoyed traveling, bird watching, playing cards, watching Michigan sports, and playing the lottery. Above all, Wayne loved spending time with his family.
Surviving are: Children: Dana (Scott), and DeShaun (Heather); Grandchildren: Kalsey (Jimmy) Boots, Kara, and Renee; 10 great grandchildren; Loving sister, Jeannie; Special uncle, Russ; Sisters in law: Darlene, Bev, and Sandy; Wayne’s church family at Our Savior Lutheran Church; 3 great grand dogs; Many special nieces, nephews, other loving family members, and dear friends.
