Patricia Rose De La Cruz was born to Sam & Patricia Grizzaffi on August 30th, 1953 in Savannah, Georgia.
She spent the majority of her life as a Houston native. She was a devout Catholic. She adored her family and dedicated her life to them.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Thomas De La Cruz.
She is survived by her 6 children - Sammy, Angelo & Amy, Thomas & Angela, Michelle & Omar, Joseph & Alex, and Jason. Also her sister Chatta and brother-in-law George Guillen. Patricia had 18 grandchildren - Nick, Angel, Malcolm, Carlos, Julia, Tommy, Joshua, Sammy, Sophia, Adrianna, Danny, Alyssa, Amelia, Andria, Abby, Blake, Zane & Brody. Great granddaughter - Avery.
Patricia loved to cook and play cards and Bingo. More than anything she enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids. She had a beautiful heart. She will be missed dearly by many.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm in the Chapel of Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, TX 77591.
A Celebration of Patricia’s life will follow at 1:00pm.
