William P. Schwartz, 82, of McGehee passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021, at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock.
Mr. Schwartz was born Oct. 31, 1939, in Stuttgart to Leonard and Nerine Schwartz. He was a Stuttgart High School graduate and attended the University of Arkansas-Monticello. He was a farmer and Methodist.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Gwyne Ann Roberts; a son, Sidney Shawn Schwartz; sister, Betty Lou Heien; and uncle, Leon Goetz.
Survivors are two sons, Jon P. Schwartz and William Michael Schwartz of McGehee; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 12-1:30 p.m. Sunday at Turpin Funeral Home and a graveside service will follow 2 p.m. at Lone Tree Cemetery.
