Mary Ellen (Patterson) Byrd, 64, of Indianapolis, Indiana, went home to be with her true love on February 22, 2021. She was born February 15, 1957 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Richard Gerald and Mary Ellen (Mason) Patterson.
Mary is survived by her sons, Randy Patterson, Robert (Sheila) Byrd, Richard (Sassy) Byrd and David (Samantha) Byrd; grandchildren, Alexis, James Michael, Matthew, Hope, April Lynn, and Aubrey; great-grandchildren, Zackary and Declan; and siblings, Dan, Robin, Richard and Linda. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Byrd, Sr.
A private service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery and Funeral Home, Greenwood.
