Jerry Eugene Moser, age 77, died February 23, 2021. He was born September 26, 1943 in Greensboro, N.C. to Ernest and Vada (Canter) Moser. He grew up in the Greensboro area before enlisting in the United States Marine Corp. After serving his country, he worked for Carolina Steel Corp and then Pitney Bowes for over 20 years. Jerry married the love of his life, Sybil Harrison, in 1965 and they recently celebrated 55 years of marriage. After retirement he went back to work for Freeman Ford in Liberty, N.C. Jerry loved to play pool, golf, play pinochle, work in his garden and go fishing with his son. He was preceded in death by his parents and great-grand daughter Maya Grace Davis. Jerry is survived by his wife Sybil, son Forrest Ryan and wife Angie, two granddaughters; Rebecca Moser-Mackey and husband Adam, Sydney Hurst and husband Taylor, two great-grandchildren; Hayden Christian Hurst and Olivia Grace Hurst, also by two brothers; George Moser and wife Gail and Gary Moser, of North Carolina.
