Pamela Sue "Pam" Stringer Baker, 65 years 10 months and 7 days of age, of Somerset, Kentucky, departed this life on Thursday, February 25th, 2021 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center.

Pam was born in Somerset, Kentucky on Monday, April 18th, 1955, daughter of Sue Carol Bogle Stringer and the late Vern Bryce Stringer. She enjoyed collecting glass wares, and was especially fond of red and black glass. She loved to thrift shop, and play video games online "ARK: Survival Evolved" with her son, Vince Baker and her nephew, Adam Stone. Most of all she cherished spending time with family "especially her grandson, Malachi".

Pam was survived by two sons, James Bryce Silvers and Vince Baker (and Morgan); one daughter, Stephanie Silvers Larsen (and Doug); eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; her mother, Sue Carol Stringer; a special nephew and video gaming buddy, Adam Stone; several additional nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vern Bryce Stringer, who departed this life on May 21st, 2017; two sisters, Cynthia Jan "Cindy" Stringer Stone, who departed this life on May 21st, 2005 and Verna Joan "Joni" Stringer, who departed this life on February 3rd, 2019; and one brother, Terry Lynn Stringer, who departed this life on September 20th, 2018.

Graveside services were held at 12:00 noon on Monday, March 1st, 2021 in the Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Somerset, Kentucky.

The Southern Oaks Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky was in charge of the arrangements for Pam.
