BARBARA M. HAMILTON (nee Lockyer), age 79. Beloved wife of Allan A. Hamilton. Loving mother of Tom (Joanna), Jim (Jennifer), and Darren Hamilton. Daughter of the late Archie and Catherine Lockyer and sister of the late Edward Lockyer. Doting grandmother of Bailey, Emily, Colin, Madeline, Cody, Conner, Lyla, and Sawyer.

Barbara enjoyed family gatherings and extended family reunions, researching her genealogy, weekend trips with her girlfriends, dancing, and hamburgers at Woolworth's in Brecksville. She loved attending her kids' and grandkids' baseball and softball games and caring for her many beloved dogs over the years: Puffy, Tyler, Zack, Wren, Bud, Buddy, and Skippy. Her family and many neighborhood kids enjoyed her comfort food dishes, such as roast beef with gravy and mashed potatoes, turkey with sausage stuffing, beef chili, Scottish stew (called "dog food" by her kids), pies, and raisin squares.

Family and Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 10-11 a.m. followed by Barbara's Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Masks are required and social distancing protocols will be followed. Interment Brecksville Cemetery.
